Refunds will be handled on a case by case basis.

General Practices:

• Payment due when booking an appointment in full.  Credit card must be on file
• No call, no show - no refund
• Less than 48 hr cancellation w/ reschedule - 50% payment will be applied to reschedule minus processing fees
• Less than 48 hr cancellation w/out re-schedule - 25% refund minus processing fees
• 48 - 72 hour cancellation w/ reschedule - Full payment will be applied to reschedule
• 48 - 72 hour cancellation w/out reschedule - 50% refund minus processing fees
• 72+ hour cancellation - Full refund, minus processing fees or payment can be used for re-scheduled appointment
